Welcome to CentralMed CentralMed is a large medical centre incorporating 12 doctors, an accident and medical department, pharmacy, x-ray, bone density scanner, laboratory, physiotherapy and a minor surgery theatre.

CentralMed is open seven days per week:

     8am - 8pm    Monday to Friday

     9am - 6pm    Saturday

     9am - 4pm    Sunday

     9am - 4pm    Public Holidays


We offer a comprehensive accident and medical service where patients come first.  We are available to everyone who needs urgent or routine medical or accident care.

At CentralMed you will enjoy personal medical care, a friendly family atmosphere, free parking, a central location, on-site x-ray, physiotherapy and pharmacy, blood test lab, extended hours, fracture clinics, value for money, specialist service, a drop in (urgent) clinic and doctors a plenty!  And, you do not have to be registered with CentralMed to be treated.

Whether you are in Tauranga on holiday or business, or need to be treated urgently and quickly, Centralmed is the medical centre to visit.

Fees for all services are dependent on time, medical technologies and expertise involved.  The staff will discuss this with you on an individual basis.

FEES ARE PAYABLE AT THE TIME OF CONSULTATION - you may be asked to pay before seeing the doctor.
